Billing System Contact Update

NHCRWA is preparing to transition to a new billing system and is asking each Water System representative to review, verify, and update the contact and access information for the systems they manage. Please complete this form for all applicable Water Systems so billing, operator, meter-entry, and system-access contacts can be accurately established in the new system.

This form is separate from OPRS and does not change information in the legacy pumpage reporting system.
